What counts as a content piece?
Videos are up to 30 seconds, edited from client-supplied footage. Filming is separate. A story is one slide adapted from the month's content. One language is included; cross-posting does not multiply original content pieces. Two revision rounds within the approved concept. Advertising requires a separate media budget.

Your media budget is paid to NGDC to manage spending on the selected platforms. Management fees and content production are separate unless included in your package.
Facebook and Instagram count as one Meta platform for management scope.
Campaigns will not start and budgets will not increase before scope, creative and payment are confirmed. A budget does not guarantee results. Any allocation proposed by NGDC requires your approval.

Is ad spend included in the package?
No. A package may include management of a defined number of campaigns, but media spend is listed separately and paid to NGDC. Included management services are not charged twice.
Can I book advertising without monthly content?
Yes. Choose advertising only, then select your platforms, audience and budget. We review your available assets and quote any additional production before confirmation.
Is on-location photography available everywhere?
Our digital services serve brands across the Arab world. On-location photography requires confirmation of the city, availability and costs before approval.
When do work and payment begin?
After reviewing your request, we issue a quote covering prices, deliverables, schedule and service terms. Online payment is not active yet. Sending a request does not automatically start a campaign or subscription.
What happens to unspent advertising funds?
The approved quote will explain the handling of unspent funds and cancellation terms before any money is collected. We do not assume the entire budget has been spent or that an increase is approved.
Your request information
We use your contact and business details, service selections, budget and brief to review and respond to your request. Requests are stored in a private admin area. Once the WhatsApp Business API integration is activated, these details are sent to NGDC's configured receiving number. You can also send them using the WhatsApp button. WhatsApp and the integration provider process information under their own policies. Do not send passwords, card details or personal documents. For correction or deletion requests: support@ngdc.com.eg. Form data is not sent to Google Analytics. The local preview does not submit requests.
